Should I be efficient and get my flu and Covid vax on the same day or will I feel miserable?
@Bronwyn I did and it was pretty miserable but it only lasted a day.
@Bronwyn A year ago I did both at once and had no effects. But everyone is different, of course.
@Bronwyn I wait until late October to get the flu shot, because I want it to still be effective into January and even February, whereas flu risk in Sep/Oct/Nov is pretty low.
@mrawdon @Bronwyn that was my main reason for splitting - plus I thought I read something that it was more effective to split.

@mrawdon @Bronwyn I got covid [edit: VACCINE]* right away though, so I could unmask for campaign season. So I get 4 weeks/4 months..... Haven't had the rest get it yet, hoping their masking will keep them healthy until they'd be covered for Christmas.

* edit: I didn't intentionally catch covid, I got the vaccine. I just realized how confusing that was to read out of context

@Bronwyn btw I got it mid-day and felt mostly fine for the rest of the day; I was a bit out of it the next day though. I would say the updated covid vax was better than the first two times, and worse than my last update (where I didn't notice anything).
