By the time I know I'm going to be in NYC, the tickets are all gone.
@ruud @pgconfnyc The WTC memorial, the top of the Empire State Building, Central Park, Times Square (most metro lines go there), the ferry to Staten island, a baseball game at the Yankee Stadium. But you might be short on time.
And don't forget that iced tea and Lipton iced tea are totally different beverages.

Walk the Booklyn Bridge from Brooklyn to Manhattan. Sights are amazing.
Central Park is an oasis if you have enough of the chaos.
Staten Island Ferry is nice.
A must is the 9/11 memorial.
See NYC from above: Top of the Rocks or Empire State Building.
Skate at Wollman Rink. I did under a full moon and loved it.
Most of all: enjoy the city and the people, have a safe trip!
