Through the talks I've seen over the past few years, I've learnt so much about what's possible in CSS nowadays, learnt from others' stories and experiences, got inspired to stick popovers everywhere, levelled up my knowledge of web performance, and so much more. I've also made so many friends. You should go to conferences.
