I knew Trump was way worse than the main media outlets were admitting, but this is something else. Nobody speaks in grammatically correct English, but this isn't even close to oratory—this is the sort of disconnected word salad you expect of a dementia patient.

If this is Trump right now, within a year he'll be medically unfit to stand trial.

@cstross @kbeninato he IS a dementia patient. The cognitive functioning tests he keeps boasting about getting best-ever scores in are not something you routinely give to someone not showing clear symptoms of dementia. But it would take a HIPAA violation to expose the fact.

At 71, I've taken it 3 times since age 65 as a Medicare requirement, presumably with no clear signs of dementia.
