Does anyone know if there is another cloud storage service that offers something similar to Dropbox Vault?

Vault was the only reason I'm a paid Dropbox user, and their latest update has disabled Vault for the desktop, forcing me to login via the web to access or update secure files. This basically makes it useless for me, almost any service could do this.

I'd literally pay for a service that works like Vault used to, it doesn't need to be free. Suggestions?

@rodhilton I don't know if it works the same, but my family just picked up a Microsoft family license for OneDrive (1 TB storage each for 6 people for $100/year) and it includes something called Personal Vault (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/personal-vault)
@rodhilton You can access it from any device and it auto-locks after a period of time.
@GreatBigTable perfect, seems like that might work then. thanks!
@rodhilton No problem. I just noticed that this was a feature this weekend.
@GreatBigTable Update: just tried this out and Personal Vault does not sync anything to the desktop client, at least not for Mac. It doesn't even show an entry in the folder (which Dropbox does) that clicking on takes you to the web app. Only way to access the vault seems to be through the web app, which is exactly what Dropbox does unfortunately.

@rodhilton Sorry. Like I said, I just noticed the feature this weekend.

That sucks.

This works under Windows...
Looks like the onedrive Mac desktop client does not support all features.
