"You just said you created this story".
Dana repeated it multiple times because of how outrageous it was. The pause was so long I thought the intervirew had somehow ended. Vance totally owned creating the story because the media wasn't covering the bogus story about pets being eaten by Haitians.
He also accused Dana of accusing him of inciting violence when she merely reported what the mayor had said. Bonkers.
