myrmepropagandistHow old were you when you finally realized that teachers don't like homework or eat it or really want it, but rather just want you to do it so you might learn something and that we don't really want to grade it but do that since otherwise you might not do it?

🇪🇺🏳️🌈In my secondary school, it was called “preparation” rather than “homework” and the emphasis was that it would consolidate that days’ learning and prepare you for the next sessions of learning.
This was at a private school in the UK from 1967-1975.
