So ATT workers are on strike and have been for weeks. That’s why my install was delayed. I hope they get want they want soon! 3 weeks without pay is gonna hurt.

AT&T Southeast Strike and AT&T West Bargaining Update

Across the Southeast, members of CWA District 3 continue their strike against AT&T. In CWA District 9, members in California and Nevada voted against ratification of the tentative agreement reached with AT&T West and went back to the bargaining table.

@ironicbadger oh. Hope they will get what they ask and put fiber for you.
Mine was placed pretty quickly: 5 days after online order (temporary line over lawn, buried within next 3 days). It's in the Austin area.

I've just finished a quest to disconnect from Spectrum. Took almost 30 mins to talk with support and refuse all their offers like mobile lines, tv, backup Internet and even what I'm going to do with 1gbps symmetrical channel.
