Two months after the racist murder of William we take to the streets again!
Two months ago William was murdered in Berlin-Wedding. A conflict over a car park was used as an opportunity for the racist attack.
Passers-by did not call the emergency services, the forces failed and William succumbed to his wounds.
William was a father, a friend, a person loved by many. He had built a life, a community and a family here in Berlin.
William's murder is part of a shameful series of violence against migrants. We will not forget how callously the police treated the mourners.
Racism is alive and well in Germany. Let us stand together against it, let us remember the victims of racist violence together.
Let us remember William together, keep him in our minds and hearts, there he will live on.
