I think it's healthy to look into why something fails, but be careful with your comparison and respect the people working on these projects.

It's often not from a lack of trying or skill and it's easy to miss requirements and constraints when making comparisons.

@xssfox I suspect those are mostly people who never did comparable things. People who did, even if they _think_ they can do better for cheaper, will never go around claiming that, because they _know_ how wrong they can be in their estimate.
