I have been reading books about teams, teamwork, and collaboration. I’ve read 32 such books. 22 of them have the word “Team” in the title, or some word that contains “team”.

The book I am currently reading also has the word “team” in the title. I’m about 1/2 way through and will be done in the next day or two.

Each book has something worthwhile. I disagree with much (most) of what is being shared, but that simply confirms my bias that there are 1000 rights ways to do anything.

Do you have a book on teams that isn’t on my list?

@woodyzuill
Some are more about the positioning of teams in an organization, but I have these in my collection:

Team topologies
Leading teams: setting the stage for great performances
The fearless organization
Building successfull communities of practice
The accountable organization
Learning to lead, leading to learn
Thinking in promises
Obliquity

@Dave_von_S Great stuff. I have read half of those. I’ll try to get the others.
@Dave_von_S turns out I’ve read all but 2 of those. But that’s a great help!!! Thanks.
@woodyzuill just wondering; what’s the top 3 of recommendations from your list?
