Snappy LNew cursed computing development! Recently I tried to reinstall SkateBIRD on my computers from steam but it wasn’t working. Steam reported a “content configuration unavailable” error. I did contact support and found it frustrating and unhelpful unfortunately. Ultimately I found out that removing the SkateBIRD soundtrack from my account “fixed the glitch”. How weird. Guess I’ll need the soundtrack cassette release…
Thanks to the r/steam discord and their endless patience with the community. Specifically notv37 is the real MVP over there. I will try to follow up with steam support to see if they can actually fix the bug but my optimism is low. If you encountered this issue, this may fix it but it appears this error message isn’t exclusive to this cause.
