I sometimes toy with writing a blog on The Light, just sharing a few articles and digging into the conspiracy theories behind them as well as the valid concerns that drive the authors and readership. It's a worthwhile exploration, I think.

The thing is... the thing is absolute Gordian knot of conspiracy. It is WILD. And I really don't know how to start.

August's edition seemed especially out there / quintessential to me; here's a few extracts from a story:

"The UN Club of Rome-initiated
sustainability goals centred around environmentalism and pollution. In 1995, anthropogenic global warming became entrenched in the planetary biodiversity assessment, developed by the Rockefeller and Rothschild empires"

...
they are gathering everyone’s
consumption habits via surveillance technology, using AI and blockchain, to create a digital ‘footprint’ of every person’s activity to be used in a social
credit system tokenised as ‘carbon credits’.
...
The ultimate plan is to hack human beings
and harness their energy so they can be
controlled and monitored. This is achieved
when the Internet of Things (IoT) connects
with the body, resulting in the Internet of
Bodies (IoB).
...
the nanoparticulate
components introduced with covid inoculations have the ability to self-assemble and act as a network for monitoring the human body. Optogenetics, a biological technique cultivated decades
ago, uses light to control the activity of neurons or other cells.
...
Covid-injected people are now thought to be considered the intellectual property of the U.S. Department of Defense patent holders, because humans have been synthetically ‘genetically modified

Like, each one of those paragraphs can trace back to 2-3 conspiracy theories in itself. The jumble of information sometimes has no through line but can appear to if you're not paying attention. What factual information there is is provided so out of context that it verges on comical.

I think it's important people can see this without having to be exposed to the full firehose but... where to even start?

@anandamide when there’s no beginning and no end, I guess you just pick somewhere in the middle, pick a direction to aim in, and go for it!
@anandamide where to even start indeed! Not only are all conspiracies in the mix, most sentences don't even make sense! 😱
A fine example of Bradolini's Law.
@anandamide Some of that tech does sound pretty cool though! Can we…uh…volunteer to have those magical nanoparticles running through our veins? Asking for a friend.
