I do believe they went down with Nukeproof, Vitus, DHB and Brand - X along with the sale of Chain Reaction / Wiggle and their ultimate demise.

It is pretty sad as these were pretty well regarded brands that have just been destroyed and annoying as piss for me as I bought a ragley bike last year not knowing that they were shutting down so now I can’t get things like a replacement derraileur hanger from them.

It’s sad but at the same time understandable. I stopped buying from CRC around 2021 because it took forever to ship to Spain. That includes a Big-Al Ragley frame for a bike I built in the day.
