He doesn’t really fight other cats around here, and if he does it’s some punk new cat to the street lol. Gruffy cat is the king cat here.

We’ve taken him in as much as we can. We feed him and maintain the spots he likes to chill at in our yard. He won’t come in the house, doesn’t want to 🤷🏼‍♀️ it can get a little chilly in winter so last year we set up a bed with a heating pad out on the front porch for him and he likes that.

If we were to take him to the local shelter, they would put him down. There are plenty of stray cats around here. Most older “rescues” get put down because they can’t handle being confined.

The neighbors and us like him here. He catches mice and gophers. He gets lots of treats, food, water, and pats when he wants them.
