What’s better for you, an artificial sweetener to use once a day in your first cup of coffee, or a high quality raw cane sugar? I’m thinking that so long as it’s used sparingly, the raw cane sugar is the better option. I’ve been using erythritol + stevia based sweetener for a number of years but recently read that erythritol is verah bad.

@rvjansen I drink coffee as-is most times, sometimes though I like to have a slightly sweeter cup. In the grand scheme of things, I don’t think this qualifies as a war crime.
