My dog.
My mindfulness.
I’m looking at the third thing.
Body doesn’t ache too much
I slept well
I have ingredients at home for 3 meals today
My family
Breakfast this morning was bomb
My dog gave me the best kisses this morning
I had a similar reaction to this post title. Firstly, don’t give up. That’s the most important thing.
If you haven’t already, I’d highly recommend seeking out psychological treatment. Your attitude is not necessarily novel but a strong indicator that it may be helpful.
If you don’t “click” with the first person you see, don’t be afraid to find another.
The degree of health I’ve been able to reclaim
The perspective going through awful stuff has gifted me
The knowledge that there are decent, clearheaded folks in this trainwreck of a world and some of them are my friends
Pets.
My church friends who are people I really love.
Library books. I’m trying to read much more.
I don’t have it in me to be grateful for positive things, I can only praise the absence of problems.
