I'm too old to nail it down exactly, but I'm thinking this is his nod to the whole Boogaloo Boi / 'naughty cop' movement. Hyper masculinity. From a decidedly 'masculine diminished' man.
JD is one weird tool. Personally, I'm glad Trump picked him. We need the most egregious examples of his type, to truly revulse the American people.
