Poor thing was so nervous, and it's taking forever. We found a mobile groomer who seemed really nice, so let's hope she does a good job and that Hammy still likes her.

It has been so strange being without a dog for the first time in 30 years. Not liking it at all. 🫤Looking forward to bringing home our puppy in mid-September. Sleepless nights training a new puppy are totally worth it. 😃
@KimberlyN I can’t wait for that, for you!!! And the nights weren’t bad with Hammy. I put him in an open pen next to my bed, he’d whimper a little, we’d run him outside. He was trained in days.
It was a joy.
Yeah, we are really looking forward to it. That’s pretty much our plan too — pen next to our bed.
We are also picking him up a little later, because we have a wedding to attend in September. He’ll be about 12 weeks old when he comes home, so training should be a little easier.
