That's an interesting tactic, though: They allow their own employees to donate to whoever they please, and match their donations.
This means they probably provide less funding to climate change deniers, but it gives them plausible deniability.
There does not need to be a corporate decision to donate to whoever. The cultural/political bias of the employees is enough to keep funding the apocalypse.
