GOOD NEWS: The US government has announced that it will again offer free at-home Covid tests starting in late September.
You will be able to get 4 more free test kits sent through the mail.
Jerome (He/Him)@luckytran I kinda wish they just provided an EBT like system for these. It's nice getting them shipped but these kits expire pretty quickly and it doesn't make sense to "hoard" them.
So much less waste if I can simply order a kit from a local store and have it fully comped.

@cbartschffm @luckytran generally 6 months plus whatever extension the FDA gives. Looks like an extra year sometimes but depends on kit and lot.
