As I wrote before, the Quality characters DC bought in the late 50s ended up scattered across existing Earths pre-Crisis, vs. sticking with a dedicated "Earth-Quality" (though technically such exists, the original Quality books of the Golden Age).
Thus, the Blackhawks got put on (what would become) Earth-1, the Freedom Fighters on Earth-X (and Earth-2), Plastic Man on all of the above, and Kid Eternity on Earth-S. The latter as part of a storyline about Kid being Freddy's long-lost brother?
Re: covers, the Marvel Family book is their final Golden Age appearance. After it, Fawcett ceased publishing the Marvels (lawsuits from DC over them not helping), and they all went unseen for 20 years.
