Please apply for my open role! (We actually have two open roles like this, and are looking for a range of experience levels). Job is in-office 3 days a week in Sunnyvale, CA. @trbarrettjr for many jobs at Apple where there’s a need for more than one additional hire, the job opening might just be left up as we hire.

@dcreemer Okay, that makes sense. A few career websites have suggested not applying for jobs that are too old.

I know personally that I have run into this issue when interviewing candidates.

What makes it more difficult is that we have to complete due diligence on applicants, so it takes 3 to 4 months between the application and the first interview.
