I just discovered Atuin, thanks to this gemlog, it's really cool! I remember trying to craft something with Git and PGP a few years ago to sync my history between multiple machines, and it was an absolute mess. #linux #cli

@fludiblu I’m using Atuin for some months now and it’s absolutely awesome. Even the server can rather easily be self-hosted by using a container. I have that included in my dotfiles and use it on every computer, I use.

@Larvitz Yes, I used a docker compose similar to the one in my link, and it worked pretty much out of the box. I've only tried it on one machine for now, but it's pretty neat.
