If I could travel back to when I was younger I would 100% want to be more confident, I was fit, healthy with hindsight I was slim, and good looking.
I worried so much about what other people thought of me 😔
Which stopped me appreciating what I had.
I wish more young people had more confidence in themselves and their beauty!
