This snagged my attention, as it related to a convo I was in earlier today:
“Sometimes asking why leads to blaming” and “sometimes knowing why doesn’t change anything” (Eb Ikonne)
My notes are… um… a mess :) but:
Eb used “agree, and yet” (like improv’s “yes and”) to add nuance, or more threads to think with/along…
“Sometimes people are so fixated on constraints they see, they miss the opportunity to act” (probably not Eb’ exact words)

It’s about why complexity (or systems or non-linear) thinking matters and how to foster it (when so much encourages attempts to linearize and simplify to exert control…).
