@DevilsChild1978 @sapphireangel @FreakyFwoof i’ve had people call and say they were waiting for three hours for somebody to answer the phone, and then they were answered, and then promptly hung up on for one reason or another… Talk about aggravation!
@kd0ess @sapphireangel @FreakyFwoof OMG, I have so been in that situation. Not 3 hours, but definitely a long hold time and grrrrr, frustrating indeed
