@evan As you probably know, the registrant is namecheap.com for activitypub.org. The owner has redacted all personal information.
The domain is hosted on Name Server: dns1.registrar-servers.com
Name Server: dns2.registrar-servers.com
Ping returns 162.255.119.227, which is Atlanta, Georgia. USA
The domain is not live, so someone is merely holding it. 🤷♂️
