@gbhnews these are viaduct rocks! They were part of the old Alaskan Way Viaduct along the waterfront in Seattle that we tore down as unsafe after many decades. (This story may remind you of something and was indeed similar.)

Anyway I went down a few times to watch in person - it really had defined the downtown waterfront for decades - and one time I decided to collect some viaduct rocks. I even got one of the workers to verify that yep, that’s genuine viaduct! xD
