It would be cool if a presidential candidate actually understood how certain policies work in our country and not try and run on a platform that appeals to conspiracy theorists and comes down to “make polio spread again.”

He would have to take it up with each individual state, anyway. The blatant lack of knowledge is still astounding.

@TonyStark Trump saw RFK Jr peddling antivax nonsense and remembered how much fun 2020 was for all of us?

RSV season has started again. Get vaccinated if you’re at risk/eligible and haven’t yet.

@MariaHill @TonyStark He didn’t feel like enough people died from COVID?

Irresponsible and reckless- DJT.

@HankPym @MariaHill @TonyStark Christian eugenics: if someone dies without a vaccine, then they weren't healthy/blessed by god enough, so it's better for the country if they die off anyway.

@MariaHill @TonyStark

I just checked the CDC re RSV the other day – info for all ages at link below.

RSV vaccine is not currently an annual vaccine, meaning older adults do not need to get a dose every RSV season…

The best time to get vaccinated is in late summer and early fall — just before RSV usually starts to spread in the community

Pfizer Abrysvo is the only RSV vaccine recommended during pregnancy (during wks 32 thru 36, Sept thru Jan)

@sadele2 @TonyStark Thanks for providing the link.
@sadele2 @MariaHill @TonyStark $300 for vaccination - I don't have it!

@nedhamson1 @MariaHill @TonyStark

My sympathies. My insurance covers it. If you don't have insurance, you may well know of places to get discounts on vaccines – this GoodRx site has some tips tho the "discount" coupons they list are still for over $300 for RSV

Also CDC rec is for 75 yrs & older, 60-74 if have certain chronic medical conditions, such as lung or heart disease, or live in nursing homes

@sadele2 @MariaHill @TonyStark No discount at Krogers or other providers for RSV. Medicaid pay, Medicare does not unless you have pharma coverage - I am Medicare no pharma. I hope Dems take house and keep Senate and Harris is elected, then it will be covered.
