why #Trump thinks this line of "attack" on #universalhealthcare works:

the notion someone black, poor, gay, transsexual, or Muslim, etc could get healthcare, it makes them so angry they would rather impoverish themselves, suffer from poor health, even die early

it's hard for us to grasp this level of mendacity bigotry hate and sadism. but it's absolutely real

#MAGA will *gladly* suffer as long as they perceive someone they hate suffers more
