Had an 'available for collection' notification for a delivery to a DHL parcelshop and tracking also shows it delivered.
Went to parcel shop, parcel there, I have photo ID, but I don't have a collection code, cannot collect the parcel.

It was 8:30pm. DHL customer service closed at 8pm.

Arrived home, found the webpage for resending the code, requested the the code. Did not get the code.
