@ashton I understand you sue the people / businesses that have the money, but this is a rational decision on the part of the hospital given the laws in the state of Texas.

It’s the lawmakers in the state that are at fault here. Reporting like this obfuscates this. She’s suing the hospital because she can’t sue the state.
