@amanda definitely not a song of phil’s that you hear often
@Va3ets no you don't.
@amanda this is a good song
@Va3ets yeah it is.
@amanda Hey Amanda, tuned in here
@Va3ets thanks.
@amanda How are you?
@Va3ets I'm good, what about you?
@amanda You don’t hear about Brittany spears releasing anything new now-a-days do you.
@Va3ets no you don't.
@amanda Yeah, there was that whole case with the conservitorship with her Dad, but that’s it really, as far as like releasing any new music, absolutely nothing
@Va3ets oh yeah I remember that.
@amanda What would she be now, like in her late 40’s?
@Va3ets I'm not sure, something like that.
@amanda This is one of my favourites from Wilson Philips
@Va3ets yay it's one of mine too.
@amanda Yay, haven’t heard this song in a long time, it’s awesome
@Va3ets I don't know it. It sounds good though.
@amanda They played it on a rock station out of London Ontario quite a lot, that I used to listen to in the early 2000’s
@Va3ets oh wow.
@amanda Awesome show as usual Amanda
@Va3ets Thanks.
@amanda Hey Amanda, tuned in here
@Va3ets thanks.
@amanda Oh that’s cool when a restaurant re-opens like that after having been closed for a long time
@Va3ets yeah it is.
@amanda Shania twain is still really good, since she’d come out of retirement a couple years ago.
@Va3ets yeah she is.
@amanda Hey Amanda, tuned inhere
@Va3ets thanks.
@amanda How are you?
@Va3ets I'm good yeah, what about you?
@amanda Yeah, that’s a good Miley Sirus song. Could I hear billy Ray Sirus - Achy Breaky heart? Pretty sure billy Ray is Miley’s dad?
@Va3ets I think he is, and yeah you can.
@amanda Both of those were good too, agreed
@Va3ets yay glad you liked them.
@amanda Hey Amanda, tuned in here
@Va3ets HI, yay thanks.
@amanda How are you?
@Va3ets i'm good, what about you?
@amanda R.E.M is a good band, not sure whatever happened to them
@Va3ets definitely, and I'm not sure either.
@amanda Can you put that Cheryl crow song that was in that promo into the playlist? It’s one of my favourites of her’s
@Va3ets yeah I can play it.
@amanda Hey Amanda, tuned in here
@Va3ets HI, yay thanks.
@amanda I got a second of my Grandpa’s accordions that he had, since he passed away, and found a store that’ll look at them. Not sure if you got my messages on messenger about that or not
@Va3ets oh wow that's cool. I'll have to look. I mmight have seen one but forgot to look. wow though.
@amanda Yeah, wasn’t sure how often you use messenger, but thought I’d message there anyway
@Va3ets yeah I do use it a lot. I must have just missed the message but will look later.
@amanda Aw ok, cool. That’s cool you still have your grandpa left on your Mom’s side. What was your Grandma’s name?
@Va3ets she was called Margaret.
@amanda Aw. Her last name I’m assuming wasn’t Hall since she’s on your Mom’s side?
@Va3ets it was Cook.
@amanda Awww ok. Had she not been too well near the end? I bet you have recordings with her on them to listen back to? Or not really?
@Va3ets No she wasn't well. And yeah, I do have quite a lot of recordings with her in so I'm really glad about that.
@amanda Awwwwwww you should totally send me some, as I don’t think I’ve heard her before. Didn’t she have to do with you getting into the accordion too?
@Va3ets Yeah, she did. She had an accordion in the loft which she didn't play but it had been her brother's accordion who had died years ago. So she gave me it and I worked out how to play it. I still have it, although I don't play it that much since it's a 12 bass, and normally I need one with more chords, so mostly play my 72 bass.
@amanda Aw that’s cool you still have it. Did you ever know him at all? Or had he passed before you were even born?
@Va3ets I think he died before I was born.
@amanda aww. That’s cool you’ve got the accordion that he had though
