@VeroniqueB99 Back in the late 80s, the US Army had a poster with what was clearly Arnold's face & "terminate poor security practices." Don't know if he gave permission to use his likeness or reference the Terminator movie, but he never complained about it.
@VeroniqueB99 Bravo, Arnold! You are Da Man! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
@VeroniqueB99
Well, he might be remembered as the guy who got dressed down by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Well done, Arnold.
@VeroniqueB99
I think it shows why Schwarzenegger was popular as governor. You didn't necessarily agree with him, but you knew he was saying and doing what he believed, not what his consultants said would poll well.
@VATVSLPR yeah... I'm still not a huge fan but...πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
@VeroniqueB99
I didn't like Schwarzenegger as governor, but I respected him as someone who was honest about his politics.
He is also a true believer in democracy. He was the driving force behind California moving from partisan redistricting to an independent commission. Even though this actually helped the Democrats in California, he's become a proponent of independent redistricting nationally. He cares more about the process than his side winning, and that deserves respect.
@VATVSLPR true. Still don't like him though...
@VeroniqueB99 This would be more inspiring if Schwarzenegger hadn’t cut funding to disabled services when he was governor of California. Maybe he’s had a change of heart but it doesn’t erase the harm he did.
@VeroniqueB99 mΓ‘s Schwarzeneggers, menos Musks.
