JM LaSalle#BikeDC #WalkDC does anyone know the right 311 category for construction blocking a bike lane and sidewalk with no safe accommodation? Florida Ave NE at 3rd St is blocked eastbound.
Colin B@jmlasalle there isn't one, unfortunately. but the form at waba.org/blockedbikelane will connect you with DDOTs public space team. (though I don't think they respond much on weekends)
