Another weekend, another 2 #POTA activations. DE-0136 on Friday and DE-0262 today. (And also DE-0537 last week)
20 m was crazy yesterday, QSOs inside Europe got lost in QSB, but then out of nowhere: 6 hunters from the US and 1 hunter from Canada! The conditions weren't easy, but that made it somehow more fun. 40 m worked way better for European QSOs, I even got a small pileup.

Today's activation felt more 'normal', but I'm still hoping for better conditions on 20 m. #hamradio

@DL6PL are you sure about DE-0261? 🫣
@dc1tc Fortunately there is an edit button here, thanks 😬
@DL6PL Hello, Peter!
Thank you for the contact from DE-0136 on 9 August 2024. I’d like to add the very point where you set up the antenna there to the map of my contacts. Can you tell its coordinates, and perhaps post some other photos?

@IU4FLP Hello Andrea! You are lucky, because I sent my location to a friend, when i was at the park:
53°35'35.7"N 10°01'49.6"E

Sadly, I did not take any other photos then the one I posted. I think I forgot to take photos when there was daylight and I took the only photo just before I left the spot.

I hope to get you in the log again soon!

@DL6PL Thank you very much, Peter
Meet you on the air
