@fedward I’m sorry, but isn’t this an attempt to get around rules making sure that folks EotR have access to things. Access equal to the wealthier whiter parts of the city? I am sure they’ll point at the Palisades on that map and say “this proves otherwise” as a distraction.
@IMGoph It certainly *feels* like redlining. I wonder if they have any data showing that cars parked on those streets sit longer without being rented again. And even if they do, it *still* feels like redlining.
@fedward @IMGoph anecdotally, they do stick around a while (we're in one of the dark purple areas), but rarely more than 24 hours.
