I think that's simply because few people have connected the dots between climate change and issues that they care about.

For instance, climate change has a huge toll on the economy, on healthcare costs, and it's worst for poor people of color.

@CelloMomOnCars It is so maddening that people don't understand the immediate need to deal with climate change. Not that these other issues aren't important, but they all pale in comparison to the worldwide havok that is already presenting from climate change.
