The numbers are not random
The tiny one is named 1305, the numbers are 13mm lenght at the sides and 5mm thickness of the assembly
Like 5010 for 50mm fan with 10mm thickness or 8020 typical computer tower case fan. (Axial fan)
Blower type (radial) fan have numbers about the size of the retangle blow-out opening, which does not describe the overall size
