I saw a comment that said "the best apology is a change in behavior" and I agree 100%. I've been around people who apologize but never change and it's clear they don't mean it--it's just manipulation.
@kjodle Cool, that way, all I have to do is be offended by all the behavior I don't like and it won't be called manipulation.
