@w7voa

He was out of compliance with the standards and now he wants to complain about the 'bad' standards.

"You can't tell me what to do. I can do whatever I want and you have to support me no matter what I'm doing."

em, no.

@w7voa Musk's idea of "freedom" means forcing businesses how to spend their money, I guess.

It also means cancelling anybody's voice that he disagrees with.

Such "freedom."

@w7voa what a clown. Man child Musk. All responsible companies should leave that far-right nest.

Filed in Wichita Falls TX. That's judge shopping for the notorious right-winger Reed O'Connor. This suit won't get thrown out. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reed_O%27Connor

Musk’s X sues Unilever, Mars and CVS over ‘massive advertiser boycott’

@w7voa I hope they win on the the strength of the consumer welfare standard (even though I think it's bullshit) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consumer_welfare_standard. Twitter ads aren't worth what they used to be. Supposedly, if a monopoly results in lower prices for consumers, it is not illegal. So they just coordinated to stop wasting money on Twitter ads, saving us all money.

@w7voa Also, as buyers (of advertising) in this transaction, they literally cannot be a monopoly. Is there some monpsony https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monopsony law nobody told me about? If so, employment law would like to have a word with you.
