Reply from #REFLX LABs: "Some XX film respooled in early 2024 had the scratch problem though we haven’t found out the cause. The problem disappeared in later batches. We always use the same respooling method."

They are sending me 4 more films, which is very good of them (I'd kinda hoped for a partial refund, having lost confidence in the film. but 4 from a recent batch should be good).
