Library density is unparalleled.

You say that but all my American friends report a lack of libraries in their areas

1,000 to 10,000 seems like a very wide spread. But that is pretty solid, similar to Australia where I live.

I guess it depends on what state someone lives in? My friends sans library are from Florida and Mississippi from memory
