Unpopular opinion:

Having an $80,000 salary that's 40 hours/week is better than having an $80,000/year business that's 80 hours/week.

Your time is worth more than you think.

There’s nothing wrong with having a 9-5 job if you have a great work/ life balance.

Time > Money

@FluentInFinance I’m with you — I took a 20% pay cut mostly because I hated the commute and the new job was within bicycling distance. BUT by that time the house was paid for, the kids were out of college, my IRA was pretty substantial, and I was close to retirement. So I’d say that Time not always > Money.
