@colin_b Ugh. I haven't shopped at Giant since they instituted the backpack ban. There's no Harris Teeter convenient to me anyway, but this is an indication that anti-pedestrian and anti-bike policies are spreading.

@IMGoph they weren't enforcing it yet, they had a sign up saying it would be in effect on August 1.
