@w7voa Bold proposal it's not. Biden late to the game proposal it is. The provision many want in the deal is expand the court to 13 justices to match number of federal appeals court, the same justification it was increased to 9 justiceto match appeals court districts. It's overdue. Hope democrats add it to the bill. Harris likely will accept it in the bill.
