@jon Does DB really call them Sprinters? The Dutch put a completely different meaning to Sprinter of course

@z3ntu Yes they do. They have a special S> type logo in the app. And it is a very different thing to a Dutch NS Sprinter!

congrats!

my son and me bought tickets from Hamburg to FFM mid June with reservations for two bikes in ICE 699 for Aug 10th. DB staff at Reisebüro ticket counter said, we've done everything right.
this specific train will not run now. but by now every single other connection is completely sold out for 2 bikes. 1 connection for 1 bike at most available.
we'll use our Deutschlandtickets with regional trains on a day long trip. full refund but nothing more for the inconvenience. :(
