Facebook and Instagram back up after big Thanksgiving outages

Facebook and Instagram are down, but not quite out. Users on both apps are reporting outages and intermittent problems. Users say they’re unable to load Stories on Instagram or post photos and news to Facebook. Going down on Thanksgiving is never convenient for a social media site.
