Sam#Trump can't swap out his VP at this point. The party has spoken.
To do so would require #Vance to voluntarily step aside (like his ego would allow that), or some tragic event to befall him. I wouldn't put that past the Trump side. A la Putin's enemies falling out of windows, or getting poisoned with novichok, or polonium-210, or dioxin.
Then the Party would have to convene ...
